1- The scan of the first page of the passport with a size of 800 x 600 (horizontal) in jpg format
2- The scan of a personal photo with a size of 400 x 600 (vertical) in jpg format

Issuance of residence

Required Documents

Documents to be sent to intl.pgu@gmail.com:

  1. Student visa scan
  2. Providing a certificate of study
  3. Scan of the first page of the passport
  4. Scan the deposit slip for the amount of 200,000 Rials to Faraja (IR 2901 0000 4073 0115 0102 6109)
  5. Hayat Aman insurance scan (login to the insurance site)
  6. Scan of Iranian police stamp

The documents that must be delivered to the consular office in person after the announcement of the consular staff:

  1. Four personal photos
  2. Copy of the first page of the passport
  3. Copy of Iranian police entry stamp page
  4. Copy of student visa
  5. Original payment receipt
  6. Certificate of Study
  7. Green oil folder
  8. The raw form of the residence permit in 4 copies, back and front (do not fill the form) (receive the raw form of the residence permit)

Extension of stay

  1. Scan of the page of the last stay in your passport
  2. Certificate of Study
  3. Scan of the first page of the passport
  4. Scan the deposit slip for the amount of 200,000 Rials to Faraja (IR 2901 0000 4073 0115 0102 6109)

Exit and Re-Entry Visa

Required documents for issuing an exit and re-entry visa:

  • Master’s and PhD students: A letter of approval from the academic supervisor
  • Visit the Consular Office and inform the staff about your decision
  • Submit two copies of the Exit and Re-Entry Visa Request Form to the Consular Office (download it here)
  • A copy of the residence permit page of your passport
  • Payment receipt of 400,000 rials deposited to the FRAJA Police Sheba number: IR 2901 0000 4073 0115 0102 6109

Final Exit (Permanent Departure)

Required documents for issuing a final (permanent) exit:

  1. Student clearance through the ERP system

Documents that must be scanned in JPG format and sent to intl.pgu@gmail.com:

  1. Scanned payment receipt of 400,000 rials deposited to the FRAJA Sheba number: IR 2901 0000 4073 0115 0102 6109
  2. Scanned copy of the latest residence permit

Documents that must be submitted in person to the Consular Office:

  1. Printed Final Exit Form in 3 copies (download here)
  2. Original payment receipt
  3. Copy of the latest residence permit
  4. Copy of the passport’s first page

Passport Issuance and Renewal

Required documents for issuing or renewing a passport:

  1. Send a scanned copy of the first page of your passport (for renewal) or your travel permit card (for new passport issuance) to: intl.pgu@gmail.com
